Our office has many payment options available to make paying for your treatment affordable and comfortable. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. In addition, our office offers many patient financing options through Chase Health Advance and CareCredit, Springstone and CitiHealth with convenient monthly payment plans. These various health care credit cards are specifically designed to pay for treatment and procedures not covered by insurance. These cards offer no interest as well as low interest payment plans.
Chase Health Advance offers no interest payment plans for 3, 6 and 12 months, as well as extended payment plans up to 48 months. There is no down payment, plus instant credit decisions with no application fee.
CareCredit lets you begin your treatment or procedure immediately—then pay for it over time with low monthly payments. CareCredit offers a full range of no interest and extended payment plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000. The no interest payment plans offer 12 month options, with low minimum monthly payments, and no interest if the balance is paid within the specified time period. Springstone patient financing offers no interest or extended plan options for treatment from $499 to $40,000. No interest plan options are available from 6 to 24 months, with easy application process and no prepayment penalties.
